Itinerary:

Day 01: Cochin
Arrive at Cochin international airport/railway station. Proceeds for sightseeing at Kochi. You could witness the true beauty of the city by spotting the unique Chinese fishing nets. Lucky travelers can even spot the fishermen harvesting the produce. A short walk through the Fort Kochi is all you need to explore the architectural beauty of the Santa Cruz Basilica. After the visit at Fort Kochi proceed to Mattancherry and get enticed by the beauty of the Dutch Palace. Showcasing the true beauty and history of the Kochi city, the palace belongs to the 14/15th century and exhibits the beauty of the region. You could enjoy a walk through the Jew Street which would reveal the nostalgic memories of the Jew settlers of the ancient period. You can also visit the Jew synagogue and the cemetery, which holds the inscription from the Hebrew language. (Evening) proceed to the Marine Drive where you can enjoy a boat ride exploring the backwaters and witnessing the sunset. Visit the Lulu Mall which is one of the biggest malls to the south where you could spend the leisure hours after the sunset. Stay at Kochi.

Day 02: Cochin - Munnar
Proceed to Munnar from Kochi (140 Kms. 5 Hrs.) and you can feel the weather transforming from hot humid heat to a pleasant temperate as you move into the hills. Halt at the Cheeyappara & Valara waterfalls where you could capture some best pictures and enjoy a bit in the water.  After a brief halt at the falls, we proceed to Munnar. (Afternoon) Visit the Kundala Arch dam, Mattupetti,the Echo Point, Elephant Camp and Rose Garden after which you can enjoy a night halts at Munnar. 

Day 03: Munnar
(Forenoon) visit the Rajamala National Park which offers the travellers with a breathtaking view of the Anamudi peak with a flowing silver Cascading fall. It is one of the highest peaks to the south belonging to the Himalayan range offering you with a delightful sight of the wilderness below. (Afternoon) Visit the Kannan Devan Tea Museum which let to take a peek into the history, culture, Tea plantation and tea processing in the land. We conclude the day’s trip with a visit to the local bazaar sums up the day. Night halts at Munnar.

Day 04: Munnar - Thekkady
(Forenoon) Move towards the south-east direction along the widening road of the Western Ghats to Thekkady. Make the advance bookings online at http://www.periyarfoundation.online/ to avoid the rush. (Afternoon) Proceed to the Periyar Tiger Reserve where you could enjoy boating in the Periyar Lake exploring the flora and fauna of the place. Visit the Kadathanadan Kalari Centre where you will be treated with the show exhibiting the art and culture of Kerala. Over Night stay at Thekkady.

Day 05: Thekkady - Alleppey
Check-out from the hotel and proceeds to Alleppey at forenoon (155 Kms – 4.5 Hrs). Check-in at the houseboat where you could enjoy a day cruising along the day enjoying and exploring the backwater village and the palm-fringed shorelines. Enjoy a night stay at the houseboat exploring the night sky and the moonlit waters / Stay in Resort nearby backwater.

Day 06: Alleppey - Athirapilly - Cochin
Check-out from the houseboat after the breakfast by 9.00 am, Proceed to Athirapilly waterfalls just 02 hrs travel distance from Cochin. Spend the leisure with your loved one in the logically flowing fall with some beautiful snaps and then move to the railway station/ airport from where you could board the flight or train to your destination back to the home land.
